Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 29, 2026

ProTraining Solutions helps organizations make their training content accessible, and we hold our own website to the same standard. We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to use this site.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across this website and the course samples it hosts.

What we have done

  • Built pages with clear headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Made every feature usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Checked color contrast for text and controls.
  • Labeled form fields and announced form errors and confirmations to screen readers.
  • Provided text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Designed pages to work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
  • Tested pages with automated tools (axe-core) and with keyboard-only checks.

Course samples

Our samples are built to WCAG 2.1 AA. The Voltage Quest game includes adjustable game speed, a pause option, an assist mode that removes the risk of losing, and a setting to reduce flashing effects. All questions can be answered with a keyboard or screen reader.

Known limitations

  • Booking page. The “Book a Call” page is hosted by Google Calendar, and we do not control its accessibility. If it gives you trouble, email us and we will schedule a call with you directly.
  • Linked websites. Sites we link to, such as Upwork, are run by others and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

Feedback and help

If you run into a barrier on this site, or need any content in a different format, please tell us. Email support@protrainingtips.com and include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.

Ongoing review

We review this site whenever we add new content, and we update this statement as things change.
